Matthew Gimpert, MD
Dr. Gimpert is board certified in internal medicine as well as interventional and vascular radiology. His particular interests are treating uterine fibroids with uterine fibroid embolization (UFE) and treating certain cancers with interventional chemoembolization and radioembolization. His training and expertise make him current on the latest advances in these fields. He is also proficient in kyphoplasty for vertebral compression fractures. Dr. Gimpert provides services at both Piedmont Fayette and Piedmont Newnan Hospitals.
